Ben jij een stressbestendige en klantgerichte professional die graag het order-to-facturatieproces beheert en optimaliseert? Wij zoeken een enthousiaste medewerker voor ons Customer Service team die nauw samenwerkt met de key account manager en de buitendienst ondersteunt. In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, zowel online als face-to-face, en zorg je voor een vlekkeloze afhandeling van klant- en data management.
Jouw taken
Actief klantcontact, zowel online als face-to-face
Optimaliseren van de samenwerking en processen in (nauwe) samenwerking met de klant, key accountmanager, buitendienst en Customer Service
Analyseren en verwerken van data en daarbij voorstellen doen voor efficiëntieverbeteringen
Klant- en data management
Beheren van order tot facturatieproces betreffende jouw account(s)
Zorgdragen voor de juiste informatie(deling), documentatie en back-up’s
Ondersteunende werkzaamheden ter bevordering van de klanttevredenheid
Ondersteunen van de buitendienst en key accountmanager in dagelijkse klantgerichte werkzaamheden zoals CRM, schappenplannen, trainingen etc.
Voorbereiden en coördineren van promoplanning en campagnes
Jouw profiel
MBO+ werk- en denkniveau
Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen Customer Service
Goede kennis van MS Office en ervaring met CRM-pakketten
Ervaring met compliance en het naleven van procedures
Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
Kennis van de Franse taal is een pré
Stressbestendig, met goede plannings- en organisatievaardigheden
Collegiaal en een echte teamspeler
In het bezit van een rijbewijs en eigen vervoer
