Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in Camp Hill, PA. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and proven experience in data entry and account management. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: + Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. + Accurately input, maintain, and manage data records in company systems, ensuring timeliness and attention to detail. + Assist with account management duties, including monitoring client needs, maintaining account details, and collaborating with team members for successful project completion. + Prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to support sales initiatives and client deliverables. + Support sales team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations across multiple projects. + Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve customer experiences and drive sales optimizations. Requirements + Proven track record in customer service, with the ability to foster and maintain client relationships. + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. + Experience in data entry with accuracy and efficiency. + Familiarity with account management principles and best practices. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + High level of professionalism and a positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience in a sales assistant or similar role is desirable but not required. + Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing) is preferred. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) with the ability to create reports, analyze data, and develop presentations effectively.
