Sales Assistant
Description We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Assistant to join our team in El Paso, Texas. In this role, you will engage with customers to support retention efforts and generate leads while ensuring exceptional service. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic organization. Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls to current customers to strengthen relationships and prevent refinancing with other lenders. • Gather and evaluate customer information to maintain high-quality service standards. • Perform follow-ups with existing clients to support retention and loyalty initiatives. • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop new leads. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. • Support administrative tasks related to sales processes, including data entry and reporting. • Respond to inbound inquiries and provide prompt, attentive assistance. • Assist in refining sales strategies and workflows for improved efficiency. • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations in all customer interactions. Requirements • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems. • Familiarity with financial services tools such as ADP and Concur. • Strong data processing and reporting skills, including experience with Crystal Reports. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to handle cash activities and transactions with precision. • Previous experience in answering inbound calls and supporting buying processes. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
