Description We are looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team in Syracuse, New York. Responsibilities: • Assist with daily sales operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with retail buying teams to maintain stock availability. • Support field sales efforts by preparing materials and coordinating schedules. • Process inbound sales orders accurately and in a timely manner. • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including big-box retailers. • Promote products and services to increase sales through inside and outbound efforts. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales-related activities. Requirements • Proven experience in sales, retail, or a related field. • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues effectively. • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends. • Comfortable working in both field and inside sales environments. • Familiarity with retail buying processes and inventory management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in sales-related software and tools. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
