Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or four to six years related experience and/or trainingActive real estate license requiredAcquire Managing Broker’s license within 1 yearMust have a vehicle and a valid driver's license with the ability to travel to multiple counties including but not limited to King County, Kittitas County, Snohomish County
Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptopAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form or via DRH Sales applicationsProficiency with MS Office and emailAbility to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision ability required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision
