Purpose of the position:

To liaise with clients and insurance companies to find the best deals for insurance cover and actively promote products to increase profitability and provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure the smooth running of a functional area and advise clients on products and services to generate revenue.

Contribute to cost efficiencies by using work-related resources responsibly and effectively.Consistently achieve financial targets while maintaining high service standards.Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to defined quality benchmarks.Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ensure full compliance with all relevant statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements.Drive revenue growth by expanding existing client portfolios or acquiring new clients.Enhance profitability by reducing the cost of capital, increasing transactional revenue, and supporting balance sheet growth.Assess and analyze clients’ current product usage to position FNB as their primary financial partner.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Have 1 to 3 years of experience consumer sales, insurance, or a brokerage support environmentHold a 1 to 2‑year Diploma or Advanced National Certificate in a relevant field such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Management, Business Studies, or Business Administration (NQF Levels 5–6)Possess one of the following qualifications in a relevant field:Certificate / Post‑school secondary school completion2‑Year College or Technical College DiplomaVocational Certificate / NVQ Level 3 (Sales, Marketing, or Customer Management track)
