Sales and Operations Manager III, Existing Seller Management
The Sales and Operations Manager for the Existing Seller Management (ESM) team will lead strategic initiatives to drive seller growth, retention, and operational excellence across Amazon's third-party marketplace in Mexico. This role combines strategic thinking with leadership exposure and tactical execution, working with a team of account managers in Mexico and Costa Rica while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement programs that enhance seller experience and drive business growth. The position requires deep understanding of e-commerce operations, seller pain points, and Amazon's selling ecosystem.



Key job responsibilities
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and execute strategic initiatives to improve seller retention, growth, and satisfaction across different business groups
• Own key performance metrics including sellers launches, perfect launches, voice of the sellers, selection, pricing
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various teams
• Create and implement scalable solutions to address systematic seller challenges
• Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and team efficiency
• Manage resource allocation and prioritization across different ESM teams
• Own reporting and analytics to drive data-based decision making
• Collaborate with regional teams to share best practices and align on cross-market initiatives
• Build and maintain executive-level presentations for business reviews and strategic planning
