Marketing and Sales Executive
Location: Double Tree Tower of London
Salary: upto £30,000
Reports to: Director of Sales
Equipment provided: Computer / Mobile phone
Marketing tasks
· Support the Marketing Manager with campaign execution, content creation, and brand initiatives
· Prepare and present the monthly Marketing BFM (Business Focus Meeting) alongside the Marketing Manager
· Attend relevant industry events, brand sessions, and webinars to stay informed on trends
· Conduct ongoing competitor research and market analysis to identify new opportunities
· Explore and propose potential partnerships and local collaborations
· Frequently update and maintain the hotel’s digital presence, including website, OTA listings, and social media platforms
· Research and recommend the latest hotel marketing tools, platforms, and technologies.
· Create and keep up to date offers and templates for all department across the hotel.
· Support F&D marketing strategy, Bedroom strategy and general commercial marketing strategy of the hotel
Sales tasks
· Pull and analyse the daily RMY report to identify new lead opportunities
· Manage the sales inbox, handling general enquiries and forwarding leads to the appropriate team members
· Own and conduct walk-in site visits and assist with FAM trips, show rounds, and external events as needed
· Support with RFP submissions, MICE group bookings, and manage rate loadings on GDM
· Pull and interpret the Hotelligence report weekly for use in sales strategy discussions
· Support to prepare and present the monthly Sales BFM, sharing performance updates and pipeline forecasts
· Provide a warm, professional welcome to VIPs and prospective clients, supporting the team in client-facing moments when needed
