Job Description

Sales Marketing Support

Determines the suitable material for the country (Support)Purchase Info-record and Source List creationLeads time and MRP Controller maintenanceSales MOQ maintenancePicks the material in (Country) local systemK25C CheckFollow-up material maintenancePrice maintenanceTransfers price application and maintenance (Import and Export materials)Blocks and unblock sof materialPromotion Manager in IPTDeal Manager in IPTProcess manager userAutopicking userReporting and Analysis: Support the team leader to prepare reports and analysis related to tickets (e.g. categories trend) that impacts the performance of Level 1Provides initiate and participate with service optimization through continues improvement process activities

Detective Control

Conducts monthly Detective Control by checking whether manual entries or upload of pricing conditions are correct, justified and approvedPrevents further risks in Cash-out risk, incorrect prices in orders and invoices by providing summary and remediation to related departments.Coordinates internal control audit results with the respective department managersSupports in Access and Identity Management

QualificationsAt least 1 year experience with detective controlAutomative experience is an advantageFamiliarity with SAP & CRM (e.g. CRM or C4C) ticketing systemIntermediate to Advance Microsoft Application skills (incl. but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Knowledge with risk mitigation/auditingStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to find solutionsPrevious experience and proficiency working in the industry is an advantageExcellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees and foster team environmentEmpathy and patience to understand the learning adaptability cross functionallyFlexibility to adapt to different learning styles and preferencesAbility to analyze data and make improvements to training programs as neededAmenable to work onsite
