This is a hands-on, high-exposure role for someone early in their career who wants to build real-world experience across sales, marketing, product, and customer insights. As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Product Manager as well as Marketing and Sales teams to support day-to-day operations, engage with customers and dealers, and help bring our products and ... brand to life.
You will gain experience across digital marketing, CRM, trade shows, reporting, and content creation-while developing a deep understanding of how a leading consumer brand connects with its customers. This role is ideal for a motivated, curious self-starter who enjoys variety, takes pride in execution, and wants to grow into a broader sales, marketing, or product role over time.

Responsibilities:
SALES FOCUS:
Web Inquiries ? Respond to and route quote submissions; answer key product and ordering questions
Database Management ? Build and maintain a centralized database of product specs, materials, and FAQs to improve response speed and accuracy
Trade Show Support ? Assist with preparation and execution of ~4?5 trade shows per year
Showroom Support ? Work alongside the Sales team to educate and engage prospective customers in the showroom
Dealer Support ? Coordinate shipment of merchandise and point-of-purchase (POP) materials to dealers
CRM Administration ? Maintain accurate contact records and support Sales team CRM usage
Sales Reporting ? Create recurring and ad-hoc sales reports to support decision-making

MARKETING FOCUS
Social Media Monitoring ? Monitor camper owner groups and forums; engage or respond as appropriate
Customer Insights & Reporting ? Track and report on consumer satisfaction and feedback
Website Support ? Update annual pricing, test site functionality, and add or revise product content
Online Store ? Manage item setup, pricing updates, and inventory oversight
Content Support ? Assist with content creation for marketing initiatives (web, social, email, etc.)
Market & Competitive Analysis ? Gather and analyze data related to products, competitors, and market trends

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
WordPress experience a plus
Strong time management, organization, and communication skills
Ability to work weekends 4-6 times per year and travel for trade shows
Passion for camping and the outdoors; camper experience a plus

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree (Business, Marketing, or similar preferred)
1?3 years of business, marketing, or related experience (internships count)
