About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, detailed orientated Sales and Marketing Coordinator who loves being a multitasker and aligns with our brand and brings an approachable and creative attitude to their work. This hands-on role (on site) supports the Sales and Marketing leaders in an administrative capacity to help execute strategies to drive revenue, increase brand awareness and engage target audiences.
What you’ll do:
Represent the Sales and Marketing department as an engaged, professional yet fun ambassador the StandardX brand and Hyatt brand experience
Support the Sales team with general administrative tasks and in the preparation of proposals, contracts and presentations
Assist in the follow up of quotes and client communication
Assist in the preparation of internal reports and meeting agendas
Provide logistical support for trade events
Assist with the tracking and reporting of marketing initiatives including social media engagement, online traffic and campaign effectiveness
Support the Marketing team in the development of assets including photography and design and graphic content.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent communication and branding across all materials, platforms and activations.
Assist the Sales and Marketing leaders to arrange both sales and media site inspections and famils
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Assist in building and nurturing relationships with all clients and partners.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Administration or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a Sales and Marketing Coordination role or similar in a hotel environment
Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with CRM tools and Adobe Creative or similar software
Confidant and polished communication skills and a positive "can do" mindset
Organisation superpowers - the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Readiness to take ownership and shine in a key role
