HIRING: Sales and Marketing Coordinator for a Manufacturing Firm!!

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing customer interactions from initial quotes to product delivery, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. This role involves preparing accurate quotes, coordinating with engineering for technical inquiries, and maintaining CRM systems. Over time, the position will expand to include direct customer engagement through business meetings.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and follow up on catalog-level sales quotations via email and phoneCoordinate with engineering to address customer technical inquiries promptlyMaintain and update CRM systems for accurate customer data and engagement planningAssist in preparing teams for external meetings and take detailed notesCreate presentation materials for internal and external useUpdate and optimize the company website to increase trafficExecute targeted email and LinkedIn marketing campaignsContribute to content creation for the website and LinkedInTrack and report on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookExperience with CRM platformsTechnical understanding of manufacturing and sales support processes
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $28.85/hr.
