About the Role: The Management Trainee role functions as a Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on generating new business opportunities. You’ll work at the front end of the sales cycle—identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. Location: Reading, PA (Onsite) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $20/HR (To Start) Successful trainees typically move into a sales position with a significant salary increase and full ownership of the customer lifecycle Training & Development We invest heavily in your growth. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
