How You’ll Make an Impact

Engage directly with customers to resolve concerns, support account maintenance, and provide consultative solutions across Spectrum’s offeringsApply active listening and respectful communication to deliver outstanding customer service and consistently meet call-handling performance standardsPresent and explain Spectrum’s full portfolio, emphasizing Spectrum Mobile, to address customer needs and strengthen product valueDemonstrate proficiency in positioning wireless plans, devices, features, and service options to support retention and re-sell opportunitiesProcess transactions accurately within billing and order management systems, ensuring precise account updates and new sales order entriesIdentify opportunities to upsell products and services by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutionsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor pricing and products to effectively compare offerings and retain customers

Working Conditions

Work in an office environment while managing multiple systems and applications during customer interactions and working flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs require

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Skills

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and SpanishCommunicate clearly and professionally with a customer-focused approachBuild rapport, overcome objections, and retain customers through solution-oriented conversationsWork effectively in a fast-paced, metric-driven call center environment
Learn and apply billing, account management, and order entry systemsUnderstand sales practices, customer retention techniques, and service recovery methods 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

2+ years of call center sales experience

Skills

Working knowledge of Spectrum products and services, especially mobile offeringsKnowledge of competitor wireless, internet, video and voice products and services
