How will you make an impact in this role?
Analyze, monitor, and optimize the performance of various insurance sales channels (F2F, inbound, digital, etc.), generating strategic insights to improve conversion, profitability, and operational efficiency. This role is key to ensuring the achievement of commercial goals and alignment with partner insurer strategies.
· - Analyze sales data by channel, product, and executive, identifying improvement opportunities.
· - Generate weekly and monthly reports on KPIs: sales volume, conversion rate, issued premiums, retention, etc.
· - Coordinate with sales, marketing, and insurer teams to align strategies.
· - Propose adjustments to products, pricing, or commercial dynamics based on data analysis.
· - Follow up on training and certification initiatives for sales executives.
· - Support the implementation of new operational processes and sales layouts.
· - Document processes and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., CNSF, CEI).
Preferred Qualifications
· - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
· - Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial analysis, preferably in insurance or banking.
· - Deep understanding of the insurance business and distribution channels.
· - Advanced Excel skills (see examples below).
· - Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive presentations.
· - Desirable: knowledge of Power BI, SQL, automation tools (Power Query).
