We’re expanding our sales team with an experienced Sales Analyst who will turn data into insights that drive smarter decisions and stronger performance. If you love analyzing numbers, spotting trends, and helping business leaders act on meaningful insights, this role is built for you.

Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and forecasting information on sales, products, and customers for assigned product line(s) or product categories.

What You’ll Do

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Build dashboards, reports, and forecasts that support sales teams and leadership.

Partner with retail, distribution, and marketing teams to align data insights with business strategies.

Support monthly Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) meetings.

Track customer and representative performance, including rebates and on-time delivery.

Present insights in clear, actionable ways to help shape sales strategy.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.

2–5 years’ experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.

Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).

Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

Excellent communication skills to translate data into business recommendations.

Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative work style.
