Description:

The Sales Analyst is a liaison between store and corporate operations and is responsible for auditing and balancing monetary transactions for stores daily paperwork, auditing customer accounts, cash and check balancing for the company, and troubleshooting independently with regards to these programs, as well as various related tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Analytical and Problem-Solving Manage store balancing process entirely, while analyzing and resolving issues with the store operations team to resolve issues prior to month end close Process audit requests for customer accounts as well as help identify and resolve discrepancies when needed Manage balancing and resolve discrepancies Respond to credit card disputes and resolve any fraudulent orders Audit order and ledger issues for the store operations team Manage employee orders process Waive or refund any necessary delivery fees as communicated by the store operations and logistics teams. Track any waived delivery fees and ensure policies are being upheld. Cross train on departmental responsibilities

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of experience in relevant sales and/or financial analysis. Mid-career roles may require 5+ years. Proficiency in data analysis Adaptability: The ability to adapt quickly to change, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. is often noted in regional job descriptions.
