About the team:

We strengthen our Team in Bus OEM and Fleet Sales in the Division Commercial Vehicle Solutions located in Arifiye, Sakarya

Key Account Management Team Bus EMEA, responsible for Bus OEM in Türkiye, Middle East and Afrika Responsible for maintaining and increasing share of markets for all ZF products from our division Bridge function with internal stakeholders to manage various topics Entire responsibility for the customer relationship management

 

What you can look forward to as Sales Analyst:

Drive business analysis Ad hoc reports Identify product white spots for the OEM Follow the dedicated OEM strategy Be active in providing ideas to improve the business Support Account Managers Responsible for accurate sales planning and forecasting Account Receivable Tracking Prepare quotations and contracts. Feed respective IT Tools Commercial warranty handling Maintenance of SAP data for the production process (Sales view) Handle escalations regarding deliveries All tasks and questions concerning order handling Independent control and observation of offers handed over

 

Your Profile as Sales Analyst:

Commercial education and technical understanding Communicative, Flexibility, Empathy Likes to talk to people on the phone Good team player and interpersonal skills Customer and target oriented Good understanding of domestic and international Commercial Vehicle markets Good intercultural skills Fluent English requested, further languages preferable PC skills (Microsoft Office), SAP etc.
