The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team and help customers through every step of their car‑buying journey. You’ll be the friendly face (and voice) that makes the process simple, enjoyable, and memorable.

Whether you’re arranging test drives, guiding customers through finance options, or helping them choose accessories, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience. You’ll engage with customers in‑store, online, by phone, and via video, so confidence with technology and strong communication skills are essential.

No previous motor trade experience is needed — just the ability to deliver great service and a full UK driving licence (manual & automatic).

Your Development & Progression

After just 6 months, you can choose to progress into a Sales Executive role, increasing your OTE to £45,000+ and receiving a Company Car.

Work–Life Balance

We believe in balance and wellbeing. You’ll work a 40‑hour week across five 8‑hour shifts, including most Saturdays (our busiest day), with a guaranteed weekday off. We’re also closed every Sunday, giving you a consistent day to relax and recharge.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales (preferred but not essential) Confidence using digital tools and communicating across multiple channels A full UK driving licence (manual & automatic)
