Sales Advisor – Vertu Volvo Yeovil

We’re excited to welcome a new Sales Advisor to our team at Vertu Volvo Yeovil.

This role offers a £32,000 basic salary, £38,000 OTE, and the potential to earn well beyond that — no previous experience needed!

You’ll receive full training and a detailed onboarding programme to help you succeed and start earning from day one. After six months, you’ll have the opportunity to progress to a Sales Executive position (if you choose), increasing your OTE to £45,000+, plus a company car.

You’ll work 40 hours per week across five 8‑hour shifts, including most Saturdays, with a guaranteed day off during the week. And because we’re closed every Sunday, you can enjoy a complete day of rest — every week, without exception.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll guide customers through the full car‑buying journey. From arranging test drives and discussing finance options to recommending accessories, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll engage with customers in‑store, online, by phone, or by video, supporting both local and national enquiries. Strong communication skills and confidence with technology are essential.
