Horton, Inc. is currently looking for anSales Administrator Team Lead (Part Time) The right candidate will assist the Sales Department providing a leadership resource to Sales Administrator team members through knowledge, experience, motivation, support and advice. Responsible for knowing and complying with proper procedures. Support sales team by creating, entering, and maintaining listings for homes into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Additional tasks to support the sales staff may include organizing supplies, creating reports, and back up to Sales Administrators.

Act as an expertise and knowledge focal point for the Sales Administrator team membersEnsure Sales Administrator team members have current knowledge of all internal policies and proceduresTrain new Sales AdministratorsOversee the process to create, enter and maintain listings for the MLS on a timely basis and as assigned. This includes following up with sales agents for photos. Must comply with MLS rules and regulationsCreate the spec home details in DHI SalesEnter and update exterior color packages for new specs in all communitiesEnter Go Dates in JDE, the date the spec home is ready to go to permit for all communitiesUpdate Community Maps for DHI Sales, the appropriate stage is tagged to each lot (current and newly released) in each communityDevelop presentations and assist during Sales Meeting. Create PowerPoint presentations based on the meeting agendaComplete weekly Specials Report which includes available lots, pricing, stage and adjustments for all communities which is used across the divisionComplete weekly Traffic Report each Monday consolidating all model traffic provided by Sales AgentsComplete weekly Quick Move In (QMI) sheets for each communitySubmit all license information and documentation for new Sales Agents to Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR)Back up Sales Administrators as neededOrganize and maintain inventory for model home supplies.
