As a Sales Administrator, you will:

Be the single point of contact for partners/customers when reps are busy with customers (message-taking and provide simple information, manage sales agendas). Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions. Deal with SPR/ITF requests. Follow-up of SQL requests. Manage point-of-sale processes. Update customer records in the company database as required. Call customers/partners to invite them to particular events and follow-up, make appointments for the sales when appropriate. Accurately describe basic product features and benefits. Follow all company’s policies and procedures.

We Are Looking For:

10+ years’ sales support experience. Strong knowledge of MS Office suite. Proficiency in Salesforce platform. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.  Proficiency in English.  Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service focus. Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
