Location: Office-based in Thatcham, Berkshire

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

This is a key role that supports day-to-day sales operations and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing order processing from start to finishHandling day-to-day sales administration tasksUpdating internal systems and Excel trackersPreparing and sending invoicesProviding exceptional customer service - sharing updates and answering queriesOrdering and tracking parts & stockCreating monthly/quarterly KPI reports using PowerPointAssisting with contract pricing proposalsCoordinating with warehouse & logistics to ensure timely shipmentsWhat We're Looking For:
