The selected candidate will provide direct administrative support to the manager, assisting with day-to-day operations and team management activities. Key responsibilities include investigating and resolving agent-related issues across communication channels such as chat, calls, and emails, delivering timely feedback to team members, and supporting vendor onboarding and other tasks on the D&B Compass platform. The role also involves contributing to undefined D&B-related assignments as they arise, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiencyKey Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve team-related communication issues across various channels including chat, calls, and emailsManage vendor onboarding processes using the D&B compass platformProvide timely and constructive feedback to team members to support performance improvementPrepare and coordinate weekly sales workshops, ensuring alignment with business goalsEdit and maintain reports, updating relevant data accurately in spreadsheets and shared systemsKey Skills:Minimum of 3+ years of experience in administrative or operations support rolesBasic understanding of administrative tasks and office operationsProficiency in using telecommunication tools and computer systems for extended periodsStrong ability to work under pressure, manage stressful situations, and resolve conflicts effectivelyFlexibility to work during evening hours or weekends as required by business needsAll Dun & Bradstreet job postings can be found at .
