Position Overview
The Sales Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the sales organization by assisting with order processing, customer communication, and day-to-day sales operations. This position is ideal for an early‑career professional or Entry-level who is motivated, highly organized, and eager to build a long‑term career in sales and customer management.
This role offers hands-on exposure to customer interactions, sales processes, and internal operations, with the opportunity to develop into a more advanced sales or account-focused role over time for someone who demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and a strong sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for customers, supporting sales activity, order questions, and basic technical inquiriesEnter and maintain customer purchase orders in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, and order detailsCoordinate shipping logistics by confirming methods, sharing tracking information, and partnering with internal shipping teams to ensure on-time deliveryUpdate order changes, shipping updates, and customer information in QuickBooks and related systemsMonitor incoming online orders, RFQs, and inquiries from the online store and route them to the appropriate Sales RepresentativesMaintain accurate product, pricing, and service information within ERP and CRM systemsPartner with the Production Manager to help ensure inventory and system accuracyPrepare, ship, and track customer samplesCommunicate quality-related updates or issues to customers in a professional and timely mannerTake notes during sales meetings and assist with sales and marketing initiatives as neededIdeal Candidate Profile

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.
