Sales AdministratorPosition Overview

The Sales Administrator supports the sales team by managing order processing, customer communication, and administrative functions that help drive sales revenue. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales, shipping, production, and quality to ensure accurate order fulfillment, system integrity, and strong customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with customers to support sales activities, order fulfillment, and technical inquiries.Enter and maintain all purchase orders in QuickBooks, ensuring pricing, quantities, and details are accurate.Coordinate shipping activities by confirming shipping methods, communicating tracking information, and working with shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery.Update order and shipping changes in QuickBooks as needed.Monitor online orders, the online store, and incoming RFQs, routing requests to the appropriate Sales Representatives.Maintain accurate product, service, and pricing data within ERP and CRM systems.Collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure system inventory accuracy.Prepare, ship, and track customer samples.Communicate quality-related topics and updates to customers.Take meeting minutes during sales meetings and support marketing and sales initiatives as needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Holliston, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.
