Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires. **What’s in it for you: **   This position works directly with our account managers, Store leaders and supply staff to assist, promote, market and sell the complete range of products offered through the Trane Supply Channel. This lineup includes OEM parts, installation and service supplies, 1 to 25 ton equipment, rentals, and more. Success at this position requires working side-by-side with the Trane Supply Account Managers, store leaders, Retail Ops Leaders and purchasing team, along with the equipment and rentals product managers to increase sales and customer relationships. In addition, the successful administrator will be an active and positive influence in the branch store, helping to provide ongoing mentoring and leadership to the inside personnel. **What you will do:  **   + Manage data in spreadsheets and reports + Keep records and reports up to date + Help maintain the budget plan + Organize and schedule meetings and events + Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities + Handle technical issues in their area of expertise + Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents + Maintains customer data files + Attend sales meetings + Possesses strong knowledge of the all Trane Supply product lines, and is be able to enthusiastically demonstrate and discuss with customers + Provide backup support for all supply-oriented sales + Develop multiple relationships with key players internally and externally + Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required + Regular day travel requirements with some overnight travel **What you will bring:**   + To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
