Now Hiring: Sales Administrator
Schedule: 9am to 6pm. Off Wednesday and Sunday
The Sales Administrator plays a key administrative role in supporting the sales team and provides an important link between the salesperson and the client. Reporting to Sales Managers, they work in a challenging and competitive environment, processing all sales-related paperwork and arranging appointments for salespeople to visit new and established customers.
Responsibilities:
+ Welcome clients, determine the nature of visit and escort to sales team member
+ Provide information regarding client needs and expectations to team
+ Client follow-up calls and appointment setting for sales department
+ Provide administrative support
+ Answer customer telephone queries & m aintain client records
+ Produce reports to assist the sales department
Qualifications:
+ Previous administrative support &/or customer service experience a plus
+ Basic computer skills including MS Word & Excel
+ Excellent communication skills

The expected pay range for this position is $17.87-$20.00(Hourly).
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO)
