We are seeking a skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at a local manufacturing company. This is an in-office position that focuses on providing exceptional service to our customers. The role involves supporting the outside sales team by generating quotes, processing, and reviewing orders.
ResponsibilitiesGenerate quotes and process, review, and edit customer orders.Manage customer relations, including lead times, expectations, and perceptions.Coordinate with internal departments to resolve problems and ensure appropriate service is provided.Educate account and business partners about products for assigned accounts.Cultivate strong working relationships with assigned accounts and business partners.Proactively work with existing customers to identify new opportunities within other segments of the account.Prepare and create reports using Excel.Essential SkillsCustomer serviceData entryAdministrative supportProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience in administrative rolesAdditional Skills & QualificationsAssociates degree in business or technical discipline, or equivalent 2+ years of related experience preferredExcellent verbal communication, writing, and telephone mannerAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamStrong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of SAP is a plusWork EnvironmentThis position requires working onsite from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
