Sales Administrator
Job Title: Sales AdministratorJob Description The Sales Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the sales team, including the CSR, VP of Sales, Group Head, and Business Development personnel. This role involves reviewing and loading customer quotes and orders into the company's CRM and ERP databases, managing part delays, and analyzing customer usage data to identify trends. The Sales Administrator will also manage contract customer inventory levels, review new parts entering the business, and communicate changes in part costs and delivery dates. Responsibilities + Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries within one business day. + Process customer orders correctly and efficiently. + Process monthly consumption reports. + Manage customer orderbook daily. + Process customer sales quotes and orders. + Meet customer OTIF expectations for all assigned customer contracts. + Ensure inventory levels for assigned contracts are maintained in stock per the customer’s demand levels and contract requirements. + Keep the company CRM database updated with critical information, including contracts and tracked emails. + Support the sales team with other job duties as required. Essential Skills + Customer service skills. + Sales support experience. + Administrative support proficiency. + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite. + Experience with ERP and CRM systems. + Ability to formulate reports and provide updates to teams. + 2+ years experience supporting sales teams. + 2+ years experience in MS Excel/MS Office Suite. + High School diploma or GED. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in the Aviation industry. + Experience working with high-end or government customers. + Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred. + Strong communication skills with management, peers, and colleagues. + Team collaboration mindset. + Consistently produces high standards of work. + Self-managing and requires minimal supervision. + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to analyze large amounts of data daily. Work Environment This role operates during business hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, onsite. After 30-60 days, it will transition into a hybrid role with 2 remote days and 3 onsite days. The position involves working directly with business development teams and inside sales account managers, reporting to the VP of Sales. Employees will receive a laptop and potentially a company cell phone. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
