Our client, a global leader in the creation of geoscience analysis, modelling & collaborative technologies, is looking for a Sales Administrator on a 12-month contract to support their growing sales team. 

If successful, you will be joining a highly skilled, highly productive team of technical experts who are passionate about what they do. They are a friendly, intelligent, and supportive bunch and are looking forward to you bringing your expertise to the team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Supporting the sales department with ongoing projects and administrative tasks

Solving quote and invoice issues

Receiving and processing purchase orders.

Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

Compiling monthly sales reports.

Expediting orders through internal teams

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Salesforce and Excel expertise 

Strong Communication

Exposure to SOX is highly preferred

Enthusiastic
