About the opportunity
Due to growth, the Sales Administrator role is a new opportunity within the Oceania region to support the smooth day-to-day sales activities.
As a Sales Administrator, you will work closely with the internal sales team to provide essential support in sales processing, seek project updates, validate sales activity, ensure our CRM is up to date with accurate information, and ensure we continue to gain efficiencies and improvements in our processes.
The ideal candidate is someone who is a strong communicator, has exceptional attention to detail, enjoys data and analytics, proactive in systems improvement, and is self-driven.
This position is based in Melbourne and may have some occasional travel from time to time.
Key Responsibilities:
Process leads and opportunitiesLiaising with the sales team to obtain accurate and timely informationLiaising with the sales team to validate data and project status updatesSupporting the sales team to ensure that Salesforce data is up to dateManaging and updating changes in the CRM systemWorking closely with internal operations team membersManaging updates for our point of sale (POS) system adjustments for DistributorsIdentifying and implementing process improvementsUtilising various tools and software to enhance productivity and efficiencyQualification and Experience
Prior experience working as an administrator or similar roleDemonstrated to have strong communication skills with the ability to engage with different parts of the businessComfortable with data and data analysisQuick learner in using different systemsPassionate about process improvement and efficient ways of workingWhat we have to offer
