Sales Administrator
Job Title: Sales Administrator Job Description The Sales Administrator plays a crucial role within the sales team, supporting a team of 20 individuals primarily in a remote setting. The ideal candidate must be highly detail-oriented and capable of adapting to shifting priorities as tasks arise throughout the day. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining job requests, assisting in contract reviews, setting up client accounts, coordinating events, managing rentals, and handling document and system management in pricing systems. Responsibilities + Manage and maintain job requests efficiently. + Assist in the review and processing of contracts. + Set up and manage client accounts with precision. + Coordinate events and manage rental processes. + Oversee document and system management within pricing systems. + Input pricing and track purchase orders accurately. + Follow up with sales team members to ensure task completion. Essential Skills + 2-5 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role. + Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team and manage shifting priorities. + Strong communication skills are essential. + Basic knowledge of CRM systems. + Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams. + Experience with contracts, NDAs, and purchase order tracking. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience working with contractual language for NDAs or master service agreements. + Event coordination experience. + Background in rental management. + Over 2 years of experience handling job requests, registry, and sign-offs. + Experience setting up client accounts, conducting credit checks, and managing internal systems. + Ability to maintain endurance and handle urgent tasks with a positive attitude. + Capacity to manage changes in direction effectively. + Team player attitude with the willingness to seek help when needed. Work Environment This is an office-based, full-time, long-term employment opportunity. The company provides all necessary IT equipment and a company vehicle for field travel when required. The Sales Administrator reports to the Sales Manager and interacts with internal teams including Operations, Administration, Sales, and Accounting, as well as external clients and contractors.
