High School diploma required
Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred
Two years in a position involving interpersonal communications, technical sales, customer service, purchasing or contract administration
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Strong written and oral communications skills
Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
Well organized with ability to set priorities and pursue them to their conclusion
Willingness to learn internal sales software (LN, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Teamcenter)
Satisfactory performance reviews and excellent attendance record
Broad knowledge of Moog products
Proficient in internal sales software (LN, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Teamcenter)
As a Sales Administrator, you will:
Initiates sales quotations.
Evaluate customer inquiries and respond as necessary
Attend schedule/production meetings and customer visits
Prepare quotations per established procedures
Coordinate with Contract Administration on issues related to contract terms, conditions, licenses, and certification.
Draft and administer sales orders
Interface with various company and field sales personnel in support of this function, in person and on the phone.
Maintain sales projections as they pertain to this function.
May serve as back up for other members of the Sales Department.
Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
