Sales and Office Administrator


Location: Rural office near Henley-on-Thames (5 minutes from Wallingford)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (can be flexible)


A small, independentrural business based just outside Henley. With a close knit team of and a busy on-site workshop, they are looking for a dependable and organised Sales and Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office.

The Role:
This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised and getting stuck in. You'll be managing multiple inboxes, supporting order processing, handling invoices and job sheets, and being a key point of contact for general enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring and responding to three shared email inboxes

Processing orders and raising invoices

Creating job sheets for the workshop team

Handling customer queries via phone and email

Supporting diary management and general admin

Day-to-day use of Microsoft Word and Excel

What We're Looking For:

Confident user of Microsoft Word and Excel

Organised, self-motivated and proactive

Good communication skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team

Able to work in a rural, office-based setting
