KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE

Provide primary administrative and overall support to ensure efficient operations in Electrophysiology Division, Vietnam

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out administrative duties such as filling data, scheduling meetings, arranging Department's activity, and managing Vendor process

Checking inventory distributor

Monitor tender mapping for quantity and timing, product supplying.

Support Sales team in monitoring E-Bidding and preparing tender documentations

Support Sales team in creating ACAS and payments which related to the Sales and Marketing activities

Follow RA registration license status & update new circular, decree.

Assists with meeting arrangements, calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reimbursement, invoice processing and other administrative tasks as required.

Assist in the coordination of marketing events including registration, making logistics, travel arrangements, booth set up and preparing marketing materials

Support Manager in tracking and recording of case report, revenue, training status/certification and others related to the Business 

Creates, edits and reviews, proofreads and manages complex documents, spreadsheets and presentations requiring aggregation of materials, inputs and comments from multiple stakeholders.

Coordinate with various departments and support other activities related to sales

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle and process customer feedbacks/complaints/product experience as applicable in timely manner and according to Abbott Medical policy and requirement

Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical

Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical are executed

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant field

Good level of proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Good managerial and organizational skills

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, attention to details and result oriented

Ability to handle multiple priorities and operate with a sense of urgency as required

Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment
