Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent support to the team.
Responsibilities
Schedule shipments and determine the appropriate company for dispatch.Prepare comprehensive document packets.Handle billing processes, including invoicing, typically every two days.Enter orders with varying daily volumes.Send out drawing approvals and respond to customer emails.Log shipment information and follow up with internal and external teams regarding dispatched shipments.Perform filing and data entry tasks.Skills and Qualifications
1+ year of strong administrative support experience.Excellent organizational skills.Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing work effectively.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with Global (order entry), Microsoft Access (log book), and Sage 100 (invoicing, order entry, work tickets).Work Environment
The work environment includes collaborating with a team of four, including the engineering team, and supporting the purchasing and sales teams consisting of two to three members. The role requires working five days a week, actively assisting with the preparation and distribution of drawings.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Neenah, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
