Sales Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities: + Provide day-to-day administrative and sales support to the Sales & Marketing team, including preparing proposals, contracts, and correspondence. + Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and follow-up communications. + Coordinate site visits, including preparing itineraries, property tours, and ensuring client expectations are exceeded. + Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and departmental projects. + Maintain accurate records in our proprietary Hyatt sales system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates. + Support the execution of group bookings by collaborating with Events, Reservations, and Operations teams. + Process and track group agreements, deposits, and billing coordination. + Help organize and support sales events, trade shows, and familiarization (FAM) trips. + Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, and expense processing. + Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Alila’s commitment to luxury hospitality with an eco-conscious and authentic spirit.What We Offer: + A dynamic work environment at one of Southern California’s premier luxury beachfront resorts. + Opportunities for career growth within Hyatt’s global portfolio of distinctive brands. + Competitive compensation and benefits package. + Colleague discounts on stays, dining, and wellness experiences across Hyatt hotels worldwide.This position pays $20-$22/hour.
