Do you have at least 2 years of experience in logistics, administrative, or export operations?Are you comfortable managing communication with international distributors and coordinating across global teams?Are you proficient in SAP and Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and handling large databases?Can you juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality?Do you bring a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving?Are you confident using English at an intermediate or higher level, both in writing and speaking?

As our Sales, Administrative and Logistic Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of international orders, from initial sales through to final delivery. Positioned at the heart of our export operations, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end visibility into our global value chain: connecting commercial teams, factories, and international distributors.

In this role, you will manage and validate sales orders received from Key Account Managers (KAMs), ensuring they align with commercial layouts and profitability targets. You will process these orders in SAP, coordinate invoice generation, and issue pro forma invoices tailored to the project stage and incoterms.

You will serve as the main point of contact between KONE’s international distributors and our manufacturing facilities in countries such as China and Italy. Your responsibilities will include tracking delivery schedules, managing shipping documentation, and ensuring the timely exchange of information related to containers, packaging, and certificates of origin.

You’ll also be responsible for maintaining accurate delivery forecasts, updating 3-month outlooks weekly and monthly for finance and export planning. Monitoring project delivery status in SAP until completion, including second-phase invoicing, will be key to keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.

In addition, you will analyze large datasets in Excel to support decision-making related to sales performance, delivery timelines, and forecast accuracy. By ensuring clean and consistent data handoffs across departments, you’ll help drive operational excellence and transparent communication across the organization.
