Job Description We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Coordinator to support our high-performing sales team. This role is pivotal in streamlining administrative processes, managing documentation, coordinating bookings, and executing memorable events for clients, contractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and brings creativity and precision to event planning. Key Responsibilities Provide daily administrative support to 7 sales reps, including scheduling, documentation, and booking coordination Process contracts, pre-qualifications, and customer paperwork with accuracy and speed Serve as a liaison between sales reps and external stakeholders, clearly communicating company offerings and requirements Plan and execute internal and external events (e.g., golf tournaments, client appreciation days, team outings) Maintain organized records and systems to track sales activities and event logistics Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and vendor partners to ensure seamless execution Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at all events and client interactions Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance team efficiency We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction, sales, or event coordination Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proven ability to plan and manage events from concept to completion Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) Tech-savvy with the ability to learn internal systems quickly Admin experience within construction or event planning
