Ensures administrative support to Filed Sales team through drafting contracts, solving various administrative tasks and maintaining close communication with field sales team and other departments. Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities: Contract management: support preparation of different type of contracts for clients or distributors from BEV and SNK business Maintain and update databases, conduct data analysis according to the business needs Monitor the implementation status of various sales activities Manage sales team ad hoc requests People Responsibilities: Develop winning relationships with management, colleagues and other key stakeholders within the Cluster and BU, ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided Share learning and support the Team Leader and Cluster Sales Lead with all initiatives to improve GBS service offerings Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Business administration, Economics or similar Strong Microsoft Office package knowledge is mandatory with an emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel Previous work experience with databases or in FMCG is a plus Very good analytical skills and numeric skills, with the ability to pull and work with large data Fluent English and Romanian with exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience Ability to work in flexible and dynamic environments Excellent organization and prioritization skills Self-learner, willingness to develop skills according to role requirements Ability to drive projects that will improve efficiency and accuracy of the current scope Results oriented, team player with positive, can-do attitude Differentiating Competencies Required: Degree qualified in Business / Commerce High integrity – won’t compromise on values to get results Dynamic, organized and able to handle competing priorities Proactive, responsive and results driven Responsive, with the ability to deliver tight deadlines High attention to detail Analytical skills Proficiency in Romanian language
