Role Overview This role will support the Sales agenda and is responsible for evaluating, analyzing and reporting the main information related with sales assesment and execution on all channels, customers and distributors. The role is also responsible for cooperation with Business Unit regarding all business scope changes, change management within the team to adjust other tasks, communication with the Team from Kraków Capability Center to implement changes and improvements, as well as designing new ways of working, team trainings, procedures and templates for new tasks. Responsibilities To analyze sales per channel, customer and distributor. Providing the whole info in terms of main sales KPI`s (volume, net revenue and net revenue realization) Evaluate and report trade promotions, event performance and customer business analysis Manage repository of merchandising plans and tools of trade (racks, displays and diverse materials) Analyze sales, categories and market trends and patterns Track pricing at SKU and customer level Track and analyze customer initiatives and annual projects Fulfill ad hoc analysis for sales key account plan resulting from general reports Prepare materials in order to create the template selling deck (including product information, initiatives and plans) Coordination with the main sales supports departments (trade marketing, sales field, GTM) to solve customer business issues and implement business plans Create new templates for reports Drive main scope changes in the team Support team with technical trainings Maintain the relationship with other teams from KBS and BU Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Business administration, Economics or similar Strong Microsoft Office package knowledge is mandatory with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Access Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, SQL, Power BI , previous work experience with databases or in FMCG is a plus Very good analytical skills and numeric skills, with the ability to pull and work with large data Fluent English with exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience Ability to work in flexible and dynamic envioraments Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills Self-learner, willingness to develop skills according to role requirements Ability to drive projects that will improve efficiency and accuracy of the current scope Results oriented, team player with positive, can do attitude The ‘Internal Reporting Procedure’ for making reports of violations of the law and taking follow-up action in terms of the Law on Whistleblower Protection of June 14, 2024 is available at www.pepsicopoland.com under the Contact/Career tab
