How You’ll Make an Impact    

Initiate and complete device activations while communicating product features and ensuring a positive customer experience using inbound and outbound dialing systems Guide customers through the activation process for mobile and internet services utilizing Spectrum’s tools and applications Upsell additional products and services to existing customers by identifying opportunities and presenting tailored solutions Stay up to date and knowledgeable about all current Spectrum products and services Facilitate escalations to leadership for prompt support and resolution Troubleshoot activation errors, carrier issues and device setup concerns efficiently Meet daily targets and key performance indicators for calls and product activations Assist and instruct customers through various communication channels Document and share best practices within the team

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum    

Required Qualifications    

Education  

High School Diploma or equivalent 

Experience   

2+ years of customer service or sales experience 

Skills   

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask effectively Ability to conduct a needs analysis (consultative approach), overcome objections, develop a strong sales pitch, and effectively close sales Ability to use personal computer & multiple software applications Ability to work independently and in a group environment Ability to effectively address/resolve customer complaints and issues Ability to work while seated for prolonged periods of time, taking/dialing back-to-back calls Knowledge of office procedures and Company policies  Knowledge of service troubleshooting
