Sales Account Specialist

To strengthen our team in the (MCS) surgical microscopy business, we are seeking a sales professionals for better coverage in the assigned region. This role would manage Direct, Trade and Channel business for the entre range of MCS portfolio. Build engage, negotiate and strengthen the relation with key stakeholder, provide technical consultation and deliver clinical engagement programs, extend support to the OT staffs.

Key Requirements :

1) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science or MBA

2) At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales environment (Capital medical equipment, Surgical space, OT experience preferred)

3) Experience of sales in Maharashtra Territory

4) Experience of working with Neuro-Spine / ENT / Plastic surgeons preferred.

5) Good interpersonal and communication skills

6) Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency, responsibility & accountability.

7) Strong customer focus and excellent presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Tasks & Deliverables):

1) Works with Large Govt Accounts & Key Corporate Accounts.

2) Area sales management through channel partners.

3) Build strong relationship with customers and stake holders like director of the institute, procurement, purchase, admin, biomedical etc. apart from the clinical stake holders.

4) Responsible for the key account’s forecasting and sales tracking.

5) Take full responsibility for local events, i.e; in the organization for sales / product meetings, trainings and outside organization for workshops, conferences etc.

6) Collect, consolidate & prepare sales, marketing updates and reports for the management.

7) Review sales performance and current projects with field sales on an on-going basis in discussion with the reporting manager.
