Key responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and complete a territory plan to support achieving and exceeding the assigned sales targets.Participate in sales, product and systems training, marketing campaigns, and special projects.Host and represent the company at trade shows within assigned accounts or relevant associations.Use data sources to analyze and capitalize on territory opportunities.Communicate key competitor activities, trends, and changing customer plans and priorities.Provide written and verbal communication of successes, failures, and standard methodologies.Coordinate and prepare quotations/bids within company guidelines.Maintain and increase the current customer database through the Company customer relations management software (Sales Force CRM).Accurately forecast revenues.Experience/Qualifications/Qualities:
Must have minimum BSc degree in Microbiology or equivalent microbiology experience from a laboratory.Proven sales track record in a similar industry would be a plus but is not a requirementStrong capabilities to interact effectively with partners at all levels within an organizationAbility to function exceptionally in a high-performance teamAbility to operate with a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a constantly evolving business environmentExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsProficiency in Finnish and EnglishHolding a Full Clean Driving License valid in FinlandWhere you will work:
Aligned to the nature of the role, you will reside within the assigned territory and can anticipate 3-4 days/week on average of customer-facing activities. When not interacting with customers, you will be based remotely from your home.
