As a Sales Account Manager (m/f/d) for the Purification & Filtration business at our Wuppertal site, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.  

This role is 60% a remote role and requires extensive travelling in but not limited to North Rhine-Westphalia.  

A day in the Life: 

Professionally represent our company at channel partners and end users within a defined territory 

Efficiently manage the territory to drive sustainable growth 

Work closely with channel partners to develop and implement business plans, strategy and activities to increase product awareness and adoption for mutual growth 

Provide support, training and application knowledge to the channel partners in the usage of our industrial filtration portfolio 

Ability to manage the complexities of varying routes to market for customers 

Work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders in a positive manner to demonstrate our core values 

Provide key market insights to business, marketing, portfolio and planning teams 

Keys to Success:  

Education 

Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent through experience 

Experience 

Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in a technical environment 

Demonstrated effective use of selling skills and achieving / exceeding goals 

Client relationship management at executive level 

Experience in working with both Channel partners and direct end users 

Current, valid Driver’s License 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities 

Strong IT skills, use of windows and associated applications, plus CRM 

Analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks 

Highly self-motivated with a growth and open mindset 

Team player with a strong approach to collaborative working  

Fluency in German and English
