What You’ll Do

Join Solenis, a global leader in specialty chemicals, as part of our Consumer Solutions team serving key pulp and paper manufacturers in Vietnam. In this role, you’ll drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and deliver sustainable chemical solutions that enhance production efficiency, product quality, and environmental performance.

Your Role at a Glance:

Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the pulp and paper segment, providing end-to-end sales, service, and technical support.

Identify and capture new business opportunities through consultative and value-based selling.

Conduct on-site visits to paper mills to troubleshoot, optimize chemical programs, and ensure effective application performance.

Monitor product usage and operational data to deliver measurable improvements in process efficiency and product quality.

Lead customer reviews and performance discussions with plant and procurement stakeholders.

Partner with international internal teams such as application engineering, marketing, R&D to align on customer needs and ensure a high-quality service experience.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and innovation to strengthen Solenis’ value proposition in the market.

What You’ll Bring to Us:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or technical sales experience in the pulp and paper or industrial chemical industry.

Strong problem-solving skills and experience with product trials, chemical dosing, and process troubleshooting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders.

Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential — this role frequently interfaces with international customers.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a field-based environment.

Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites across Vietnam.
