Job Title: Sales Account Executive
Job Description

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning, key account management, and day-to-day customer support. The position balances leadership and analytical responsibilities with direct customer engagement to ensure strong relationships, accurate forecasting, and seamless order fulfillment.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, including high-value and strategic clients.Identify new business opportunities, expansion strategies, and account growth initiatives.Provide guidance and support to Sales Account Executives to drive performance and consistency.Establish and maintain sales processes, KPIs, and performance tracking systems.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategy.Drive forecasting accuracy and continuous sales performance improvement.Support negotiation of contracts, pricing, and key business agreements.Process customer orders and coordinate invoicing and delivery schedules.Monitor order status, AR-related follow-ups, and customer requirements.Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support.Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounting) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and alignment with customer needs.Track and report on sales data, forecasts, and performance metrics.Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and customer proposals.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Essential SkillsBilingual in Korean.5+ years of experience in Sales/Account Management.Industry experience in Manufacturing or Chemical setting.Experience in SAP software.Work Environment

The position requires working in the office from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The role involves traveling to client sites 10-20 times a year.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kokomo, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
