Sales, Strategic Account Manager- General Imaging Ultrasound (West Region)
The Strategic Account Manager- General Imaging Ultrasound is responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of key accounts, implementing impactful strategies aligned with company objectives to maximize long-term revenue. You will strategically support the AM’s in the territories to reach their plan by leveraging the un-tapped resources in the out-of-hospital environment.
Your role:
You will serve as a strategic sales leader focused on high-potential accounts, partnering closely with the existing account management team to drive growth through targeted prospecting and high level engagement.You will have a deep knowledge of the medical imaging market and buying process. You will cultivate executive-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to develop mutual business success and innovation.You will lead large-scale projects and strategy for key accounts, ensuring exceptional delivery and client satisfaction and conducts thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities.The role fosters an environment for continuous execution on market growth. Minimum 5 years of capital equipment medical device sales experience. Imaging/Ultrasound equipment sales experience (highly preferred)Proven sales experience including successfully prospecting red accounts, acquiring new business, selling to C-suite, negotiating large contracts, and leading/collaborating with a team of Account Managers.Bachelor's in areas such as Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment or equivalentYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.Excellent communication including strategic presentations up to c-suite.How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an in-the-field role. You must be willing to travel including over nights.

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $222,750 to $263,000 annually. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
