**District Sales Manager-Oral Healthcare (Sacramento, CA)** One sentence description of role – Professional Oral Healthcare District Manager-Sacramento, CA. This is a particularly challenging player/coach role that is designed to be steppingstone to more advanced roles for the right candidate. **Your role:** + This field-based position of District Manager (DM) works to accelerate sales growth in Zoom! Whitening and Sonicare portfolio with new and existing customers in the assigned territories. The DM is responsible for team performance by managing a mid-sized group of Territory Business Managers and personal ownership of a territory (to be optimized with Inside Sales Partners). The DM is responsible for the sales performance and development of 3 - 5 Territory Business Managers that are responsible for their own individual territory. In addition, the DM may own and manage at every level at least one identified Corporate Account (CA) to facilitate growth and develop relationships. + You are part of the greater Western Regional Sales team which consists of 19 total territories. + The District Manager is in the field 5 days each week, mostly in their own territory. The District Manager is responsible for conducting co travels with their direct reports 2 days each Quarter resulting in @ 15% - 20% overnight travel including the occasional weekend for special events. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 5+ Years in a B2B individual contributor outside sales role, ideally; but not required, additional training or development of others. + Your skills include Territory Management, professional selling skills, communication, presentation skills, proficient in Microsoft office, SAP, CRM (Ideally Salesforce) + You have a Bachelor’s degree or MBA along with above listed experience. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position. Driving for long periods of time, exiting and entering vehicle, lifting up to 50lbs. + You’re a very strong rapport builder with a positive outlook who can communicate constructively under pressure. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. At 95% to 100% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $116,000 to $160,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
